Liron Segev, attorney and notary
Former general counsel to hi-tech and international companies, director of private and public companies, and a notary.

Liron Segev, attorney and notary, founded the office and runs it. She holds an LL.B. in law and a B.A. in business administration with a major in finance, both from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999.
For many years she served as legal and general counsel to hi-tech and international companies. In that role she worked inside the business, alongside management, and gained the business and management experience she still draws on today.
She has also served as a director of private and public companies. That experience lets her look at a transaction not only from the contract, but also from the point of view of management and the board.
She has represented technology companies in complex matters, including international transactions and capital markets and securities transactions. She advises public and private companies on strategic alliances, technology licensing, securities offerings, real estate transactions and hi-tech agreements.
Liron Segev works with technology companies at every stage: multinationals, public and private companies, entrepreneurs and start-ups. With founders, the work often starts at the idea stage with a founders' agreement, and continues through incorporation to raising capital.
Alongside her work with companies, she is a notary and provides notarial services in Hebrew and English. She is certified to draw up lasting powers of attorney, drafts wills and assists private clients with inheritance orders and probate.
She lectures and writes on the subjects she practises: founders' agreements, company law for founders, intellectual property and privacy, wills and lasting powers of attorney. She works in Hebrew and English.

Lectures
On 5 June 2018, Liron Segev lectured at HUBANANA on the legal aspects of start-up entrepreneurship. She has also lectured on lasting powers of attorney: what the document is, what powers the attorney holds, and which acts the law does not allow the attorney to carry out on the grantor's behalf.
